SMS terms
Draft for legal review
This draft has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not in effect yet. Draft of 3 October 2026.
Nurtrd doesn't send text messages yet
These draft terms describe how optional text updates would work if Nurtrd offers them. They need legal review before any text is sent. [Legal review: carrier and industry messaging requirements, consent records, quiet hours.]
The program
Family members could choose to get an occasional text when a child's family posts an update on the private page they follow. How often depends on how often the family posts. Texts would be available in the United States only.
Consent
We would text only people who ask for texts and confirm their number. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of using Nurtrd or of giving a gift.
Stopping texts and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop texts at any time.
- Reply HELP for help.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Nurtrd wouldn't charge for texts.
Carriers
Mobile carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
A phone number would be used only to send the texts you asked for. It would never be sold or used for marketing. See our privacy policy.
