About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Nurtrd ("we") about your use of nurtrd.com. [Legal review: add the company's legal name.] By creating a page, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.
Who can use Nurtrd
You must be an adult who is the child's parent or legal guardian, or who otherwise has the authority to share information about the child. You confirm this when you create a child's page.
What Nurtrd does and doesn't do
- Nurtrd helps you organize goals for your child and share ways for family to help.
- Nurtrd doesn't hold money, process payments or open accounts.
- Nurtrd isn't a bank, broker, investment adviser, tax adviser or charity, and doesn't give financial advice.
- Gifts are made between family and your provider, on the provider's website and under the provider's terms.
- Nurtrd can't confirm whether a gift was completed. You confirm gifts yourself.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email address, so keep that email account secure. You're responsible for what happens in your Nurtrd account.
Your content
You own what you add to Nurtrd. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you choose, only so we can run the service. You must have the right to share everything you add, including photos, and you're responsible for keeping it accurate, especially the gift links you share.
Gift links and invitations
Anyone with a gift link can see that gift page. You choose who receives your links and invitations, and you can pause or turn off a link or remove someone's access at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don't make misleading or fraudulent requests for gifts.
- Only share gift links for accounts you're entitled to share.
- Don't add unlawful or harmful content, or content you don't have the right to share.
- Don't try to see pages you haven't been given, or disrupt the service.
- Don't use invitations to send unwanted email.
Free service and limits
Nurtrd is free at launch, within the usage limits shown in your account.
Providers and other websites
Nurtrd links to providers and websites that we don't control. Their own terms and policies apply when you or your family use them.
Ending your use
You can stop using Nurtrd and delete your children's pages at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
